Crescens is versed in Project management and worked as Business development professional with over 10 years of experience, currently the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Projects Afrique a Pan African consulting firm registered in Ghana as limited liability company with activities in Mining support, Project sourcing, Project management and Promotion, commodity trading, farming and many more.
Crescens also worked with companies like Global Chamber as the Executive Director for Accra, Ghana and currently serve as the Global Advisor of the chamber, Ghana Commercial Bank Ltd, Royal Bank, Holiday Inn, Best Western Atlantic hotel and Paytell Company Limited a company working with various heavy duty manufacturers and suppliers in China and India as a consultant and has consulted for many more Small, medium and micro size businesses in Ghana.
Consulted for some notable haulage companies like Global Cargo and commodities, Global haulage Ghana and Mcdan shipping and logistics notably in Port haulage and Cocoa haulage in Ghana, Crescens drafted a business growth plan and initiated procurement of 100units of semi trailers from China for port haulage when consulting for Global Cargo and Commodities, one of the renowned freight forwarders and shipping companies which is the main logistics and clearing agent for Dangote, Olam, Government of Ghana etc.
A member of Project Management Professional Ghana. Crescens holds a Diploma in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration from UPSA, Ghana and an MSc in International Business from the University Of Ghana Business School, Legon.

Selorm Kofi Dake is the CEO of Karatizo Limited, a leading business development advisory firm in Accra, Ghana and National Vice Chair of the Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs (AYE) Ghana.
He is an achievement driven and leadership oriented professional with key competencies in international business development, business development advisory, FDI facilitation and private sector development consulting. He was an Associate Consultant at the Kwaku Group where he was part of the team of experts that consulted for the ECOWAS Commission, COMESA and the ACP BizClim programme in Brussels on various international development and private sector capacity building projects between 2009 and 2014. Francis Sena Biaseh

Francis Sena Biaseh holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) respectively.
He worked with a number of companies in the Graphics and Advertising Departments and has developed great corporate qualities in this area. He is also into supply of mining and industrial equipment and consumables. He is currently the Managing Director of Jefa Signals Company Limited

Charles Kwadwo Oppong

Director, Project Development

Charles is the Head of Research at the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He also worked previously with The Chartered Institute of Bankers as a Lecturer for Quantitative Methods for Decision Making.
He similarly worked with Dominion University College as the Head of Banking & Finance Department and the Director for Consultancy Services and Executive Training Programme. He lectured in Research Methods, Banking Operations, Treasury Management, Investment and Portfolio Management, International Trade Finance, Credit Management, Rural Banking & Microfinance, The Monetary & Economic System, Quantitative Methods, Financial Modelling, Practice of Banking& Development Banking.
He is a Chartered Banker with 13 years of experience in Merchant, Retail, Commercial, Universal Banking and Microfinance. He has over 9 years of experience in Project Management, Research, Business Plan, Proposal Writing, Business Case, Feasibility Studies, Credit Management, Financial Management, Product Development, Marketing, Corporate Planning, Budgeting, Client Satisfaction Surveys and Loan Officers Incentive Schemes. He worked as the National Project Coordinator for the Ghana Network of Persons Living HIV/AIDS (NAP+ GHANA) working with multiple Development Partners to develop Sustainable Microenterprise Schemes to mitigate the socio-economic impact of HIV/AIDS on infected and affected populations.


Emmanuel Eduam

Emmanuel Eduam is a market entry / Business consultant. He is the Managing Director of K. Eduam Investments Ltd, an investment support and facilitation company based in Accra Ghana.

He has over 15 years work experiences in both Ghanaian business sectors and Abroad spanning across various sectors which includes Mining, Media, Education, Tourism and Hospitality, Oil & Gas, etc..

He holds an MBA in International Business Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi Ghana and also has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Management from the Methodist University College of Ghana. He also has an Executive Certificate in Project Management from the African Centre for Capacity Building (AFCAB).
He currently serves as the Executive Director for Ghana Austria Business Association (GHABA) since 2014.

Nirere Sadrach is a major in International Business Administration at Kampala International University, Global Advisor at Global Chamber, a volunteer at African Climate Reality Project with focus on sustainable business.
Holds knowledge and expertise in Trade Intelligence, Export Business, Innovative Business Modelling, Inclusive Business, Trade Finance for Exporters, Advocacy and Trade Policy Reform.
Through the International Trade Center has gained skills in Trade Flow Analysis using ITC Market Analysis Tools. With study experience in the concept of public procurement and e-Government procurement solutions. Designed for the World Bank and stake holders of public sector organizations who wish to strengthen their knowledge on the e-Government procurement concept. Currently lives in Kampala, Uganda.
